How can I help you?

Your organisation, EU and non-EU, can appoint my firm, MGSI, to act as your external Data Protection Officer.

 EU organisations, entrepreneurs and individuals: I offer practical guidance to ensure that all GDPR requirements are fully met. I also support you in the implementation of data protection by design and by default, as well as in conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments.

 Non-EU organisations: I guide you through the requirements of GDPR in order for you to understand the impact that these have on your operations and to fulfil all related obligations.

Biography

 Canadian by birth, from Quebec, with over 20 years of experience in audit, information security and data protection, I have a genuine passion for all matters related to Data Protection.

 It was this passion, and the soon-to-be launched GDPR, that prompted me in 2014 to leave my beloved Quebec and move to Luxembourg. Here I founded MGSI sarl, a firm specialised in data protection, and all GDPR-related matters, included but not limited to Gap analysis, external DPO services, training, etc.

 Today, after the success of MGSI, I decided to expand the scope of my services and create CLeS.
